Trainer-driver Dave Kelly piloted three of his pupils to victory on the seven-race card at The Track on 2 on Saturday (July 24).
Kelly began with a sweep of the early double when Blue Star Raquel ($7.30) rolled from off the pace to win the opener and Tropical Dragon ($3.10) swooped to the lead and maintained command to take the second race. He completed the hat trick by winning the last race off a first-over grind by favourite Rockin Novel ($6.50).
