Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park in Charlottetown has announced the results of Week 2 of its All Star Handicapping Challenge. With each passing week, the excitement and intensity of the competition continues to grow.

The standings for Week 2 show Dawn Lupul has emerged as the front-runner with an impressive score of 26, closely followed by Garnet Barnsdale with 24 points and Robert Reid with 21 points. Lupul, having previously tied for first place with Barnsdale in Week 1, has now taken the lead.

"The boys are really challenging me here, but I'm in it to win it! I took a chance at the end of the card with some risky choices and they paid off," said Lupul, expressing her excitement and determination.

The All Star Handicapping Challenge has proven to be fiercely competitive and the results from Week 2 are really showing the participants' skills in handicapping the races. While Lupul has seized the lead, Barnsdale and Reid are not far behind, ensuring that the race for the top spot remains wide open.

Voters overwhelmingly favoured Reid in this week's competition. It is unclear if it was his ploys to attract votes by showing off his beautiful baby boy or his cute dog. The support and enthusiasm from fans are a big part of the All Star Handicapping Challenge.

As the excitement builds, Red Shores would like to invite everyone to participate in the upcoming events. On Thursday's program from Charlottetown, a lucky fan who voted for Lupul will have the chance to win exclusive merchandise.

Looking ahead, the third leg of the All Star Handicapping Challenge will take place on Saturday, June 17. Voting for this leg will start on Thursday, giving fans an opportunity to choose their favourites and contribute to the competition.
