Delaware Standardbred Breeders’ Fund three-year-old payments are due to be postmarked by Feb. 15.
Amount is $300 payable by cash, cheque, money order or credit card via the website online portal.
The March 15, 2022, $100 sustaining payment must have been made to be eligible.
