Muscle Dynasty made it back-to-back wins in the Open Trot at Bally's Dover on Tuesday evening (Feb. 28) after winning in a new lifetime mark for the second consecutive week.

Embrace The Grind sounded the alarm, storming to the front early as Northern Express landed in the pocket. Highland Mowgli left from the outside and found a spot in the third position. Embrace The Grind set the tempo with a sizzling :27 opening panel. As they moved past the half in a relaxed :55.4, the 6-5 betting favourite Muscle Dynasty motored first over from fourth for driver Corey Callahan. Embrace The Grind and Muscle Dynasty were on even terms as they passed the three-quarters in 1:24.1. At the top of the stretch, Muscle Dynasty cleared for the lead. Embrace The Grind weakened, allowing Northern Express to maneuver off the pylons. Northern Express attacked late in the lane, but failed. Muscle Dynasty flexed his muscles to win by three-quarters of a length in 1:53, lowering his previous mark of 1:53.2 set last week.

Muscle Dynasty paid $4.40 to win. Northern Express (Russell Foster) finished second and longshot Fifty Ways (Pat Berry) finished third.

Muscle Dynasty is trained by Shea Lare for owner Frank Chick.

Tony Morgan drove three winners on the card. He has collected nine driving wins in two days at Dover. Tim Crissman had a training triple.

Racing resumes on Wednesday (March 1) at Bally's Dover. Post time is at 4:30 p.m.
