Numerous horsepeople named in the recent federal indictments in the United States are scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday afternoon (April 2).
According to an article by Bloodhorse, the arraignments, which had initially been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will take place via teleconference.
