Trot Insider has learned that longtime Flamboro Downs employee Berta ‘Bert’ Robbins passed away on Sunday, November 19 at the age of 71.
Robbins worked at the track for over 40 years and her Flamboro family will miss her dearly.
Carol is very saddened by the loss of her mother, along with her granddaughters April, Candice and Felicia, and great grandchildren Kaileigh and Kylan.
Flamboro Downs will be observing a moment of silence for Berta on Wednesday, November 22 after the third race. Please take time to come and pay your respects.
